The Village Green Cafe - a great little cafe within walking distance of the cottage. A fine selection of homemade food and drink. Cycle friendly too! | The Miners Arms - A delightful pub restaurant with bed and breakfast accommodation set in the beautiful village of Eyam in the Peak District Derbyshire. Nice and local. Just a 10 minute walk down the village. Good old fashioned food. | The Monsal Head - More gastro pub with fantastic views from the garden and a lovely spot for a warm summer evening meal outside. There is a 15% discount card in your Welcome Pack. Also, The Stable Bar - good food, no booking needed and dogs welcome. |

The Bull's Head, Foolow - A lovely welcoming pub with a restaurant, bar dining and interesting local beers. An easy walk, (or ride), with kids or non-hiking types. About 30 minutes across the fields, or up Tideswell Lane. | The Barrel at Bretton - Dating back to 1597, The Barrel is a traditional country inn with its unique character. The cosy and peaceful oak-beamed bar, its old-fashioned charm still very much intact, has flagstones, studded doors in low doorways, lots of pictures and antiques. They have exceptional cuisine using only the finest local, fresh produce. | Hassop Hall - If you only take one meal out during your stay, make it Hassop. A fine old fashioned dining experience. A bit formal but not pretentious. |

A couple of hours walk from the cottage or 15 minutes by car. | The Curry Cottage at Stoney Middleton - You can either have a takeaway or dine in.
