Eyam is a picturesque, unspoilt village nestling in a hollow on the hillside where the crags and edges of the Dark Peak meet the hills and dales of the White Peak limestone in Derbyshire.
There are two shops, cafes, a post office and a pub in the village all within a few minutes walk from East View Cottage.
Locally, there are miles of fantastic Peak District countryside to explore from the doorstep, the area being extremely popular with walkers, climbers, pot holers, horse riders, cyclists and gliders.
Enjoy the wealth of stately homes in the area such as Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Hardwick Hall and Renishaw Hall; take a trip to the caves at Castleton or the world heritage sites along the River Derwent.
All this is within easy reach of Sheffield, Leeds, and Manchester.
East View Cottage puts you in the heart of Eyam and it's wonderful attractions.
You can also join us for many village events including:
Annual Village Well Dressing (end of August)
Eyam Carnival (1st weekend of September)
